Many experts believe that people with regular exercise and training are less likely to develop diabetes, because it keeps a person fit and far from becoming obese.

 

4.  Remove the vices

Smoking and alcohol are factors that increase the risk of developing diabetes. This is especially important for those with a high risk of developing type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes, because the toxins in the body’s immune system makes it difficult to cope.
